Over the last year, Netfirms has totally revamped its control panel and customer service support. It now offers one of the most usable control panels that I have reviewed, and customer service has definitely gotten better, although I do think that GoDaddy still does a better job in that respect. Given these drastic improvements and the stellar domain discount for new users, Netfirms has become one of my favorite registrars.
